Please note that the HOA requires a $50 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub that is not included COMMUNITY POOL and HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change.
